Ringing on Sunday at 9.30 for 10.00 a.m. service

Holy Trinity Church has no ringable bells
The Tower is a member of The Devonshire Guild of Ringers, in the Aylesbeare branch.
We support the branch practices, and other activities, and this year we are acting as host
tower for the AGM.
We rang for 7 weddings this year.
We are fortunate to have a dedicated band with a number of experienced method ringers,
and trainees progressing well.
So far we have been able to ring for 10.00am services every Sunday, but have recently lost
7 ringers, due to moving away, going to university, and working abroad. Anno Domini is
also taking its toll!
So we need to look to the future, and keep recruiting.
Our annual Tower Outing was to The Troyte Ringing Centre at Huntsham (8 bells), Bampton (6 bells),
lunch at The Exeter Inn, and finally Pinhoe (8 bells).
Having invited the Branch officers to join us, and friends from Lympstone, we were
a party of 15 (including 12 ringers).
The weather was good, the bells were all nice to ring, we had a good lunch - a good day enjoyed by all.
